Fied drug eruption:
Fixed drug eruption occurs at the same site each time the offending drug is taken.

- Causative agents are tetracyclines, sulphonamides, phenolphthaleinand , oxyphenbutazone.
- Lesions, which are often painful and may cause a burning sensation, appear as clearly demarcated oval or round erythematous plaques which are sometimes bullous and usually 20 mm in diameter, though lesions up to 10 cm in diameter may occur. After 1–2 days, the lesions become violaceous.
Typically, there are one to three lesions. Lesions fade over 7–10 days and leave a hyperpigmented patch.

- Sites affcted are hands, feet, glans penis or lips.
