Trapezius Muscle Insertion
Trapezius Muscle is inserted as follows:
- Superior fibres, into the lateral one-third of the posterior border of the clavicle.
- Middle fibres, into the medial margin of the acromion and upper lip of the crest of the spine of the scapula.
- Lower fibres, into the deltoid tubercle of the spine of the scapula.
Trapezius Muscle Nerve Supply
- Spinal root of the accessory nerve
- Ventral rami of C3 and C4 spinal nerves
